Apollo 1200 Production System with 7500T Gun

Apollo Model 1200 is the only HVLP turbine system to have dual turbines, one 2-stage motor and one 3-stage motor, connected in series for ultimate power. It is durable, reliable and rugged enough for a wide variety of industrial applications. Utilize maximum 10psi of TrueHVLP power with this unique, patented unit. Model 1200 has twin intake fans and five air filters to provide the motors with ample cooling air, thus prolonging the motors’ life. The 1200 is capable of operating three spray guns simultaneously. In addition to the powerful turbine motors, the 1200 includes an automatic fluid feed system, which uses a small oil-less compressor to automatically provide approximately 5 psi of air pressure to a 2.5 gallon (10 litre) pressure pot. The air pressure pushes the material/paint to the spray gun nozzle via the material hose. Pressure adjustment is made at the regulator on the pressure pot. The 1200 turbine comes equipped with three Handi-Hold™ Spray Gun Docking Stations, Apollo's newest innovation. Store, hold or transport your spray guns in a vertical position with no risk of them falling over. Ready to spray when you are.

Suggested industries and uses:

The Model 1200 provides a perfect finish when spraying all solvent and water-based coatings, including: enamels, lacquers, stains, polyurethanes, marine coatings, and industrial enamels. The 1200 will also spray latex (emulsion) paint (use with Floetrol® or similar flow additive), multi-color, faux paints, contact cement,
gelcoat and other specialized materials.
