Choosing The Right System

We hope to make it easy for you to find the right HVLP Sprayer for you. What the system is going to be used for, how often and your budget will be the deciding factors.

The Apollo Spraymate is primarily for the DIY market or very low volume user and comes with a fixed 1.8mm general purpose spray setup.

The Semi-Professional units include the Apollo Spraymaster and the Earlex HV5000, both of which will offer a better finish over the Spraymate. The Spraymaster may have the slightly better turbine but it comes with a plastic gun and a fixed 1.8mm general purpose spray setup. This may be fine for some but many prefer a metal gun and changeable spray setup (more sizes available from Earlex) making the HV5000 the better option for many along with it's gun storage feature.

We then move up to the fantastic Apollo Pro-spray 1500 with a more powerful 1500 watt 3 stage turbine and the all new ANB300 Proline™ aluminium gun. You can buy extra spray set up sizes for this gun to perfect the finish for different types of coatings from spray tanning solution to texture coatings. We also ship a pre-modified version of this machine specifically for spray tanning with the 0.8mm needle and 250ml cup.

We then jump to the top end Wagner CS range costing the best part of £1000, these units are for the more demanding user in a munufacturing environment where maximum efficiency and an unrivalled finish is required. Contact us for more details!
