Shipping and Returns

Most items we intend to have delivered next working day if the order is placed before 2pm and going to a mainland UK address. UK Mainland shipping is free on orders over £90 so this applies to all HVLP Systems! Orders under £90 are charged £6.50

Returns Policy

As a consumer you are entitled to return any unused item for a full refund if we are notified within 7 working days from the delivery of your order (does not apply if you are a business customer), although you are to cover the return delivery costs unless we have made an error.

All products include a 12 month manufacturing warranty so should anything go wrong, please notify us immediately for further instruction.

For refunds, if we are notified within 7 working days of receipt you will receive 100% of the product cost back. If you notify us within 30 days there will be a 10% restocking charge on top of any collection charges. For business customers there will be a 10% restocking charge even if you notify us within 7 working days. We are unable to accept returns outside of this period and goods must be returned in resaleable condition (unused) to qualify for a refund.
